Rocco Pollonio
Rocco has been a key part of the Alberta hospitality industry for 25 years, a practicing Sommelier since 1999 and consultant to retailers, restaurants and hotel owners for the past 15 years. He has a wealth of experience in purchasing and selling wines and other alcoholic beverages within the industry. A graduate in the culinary arts, Rocco is passionate about pairing food and wine and the relationships he has among his established network in the province of Alberta.
Rob Hodgins
Rob has been a passionate member of the BC hospitality industry for 25 years. His experience spans almost every aspect of the industry. From casual to fine dining service, Restaurant Management, Winemaking & Vineyard Management, Sommelier training and most recently, Professional Sales of Wine & Spirits for over 12 years. Rob has an impeccable eye for detail and a passion for quality and also has developed valued industry relationships with established retailers, restaurant owners and hoteliers throughout the province of British Columbia.
